Sunday worship at 10.30am: No Communion. John Merson from The Lighthouse Support Centre will be speaking, with Elaine Henderson leading.

Sunday evening services are held on the first and third Sundays of every month at 6.30pm. On 1 October Malcolm Webb will be speaking and leading worship.

Children’s Church @ ACF: Sunday morning activities for children are: Age 3-P2’s in the DJ Team room (by the crèche); P3-P4’s in the coffee hall; P5-6’s are in the cube room; *Parents, please pick your children up after the service* ; Ignite: P7-S2’s meets in the youth room at the front of the main hall. All groups run from 11am to 12 noon.

Youth @ ACF: 

Diesel (S3-S6) Weekly Youth Bible Study is on a Monday Night 7.00-9.00pm.

Fuel (P7-S3) Weekly Youth Cafe meets on a Thursday night from 7.00-9.00pm.

On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month, after the evening service, all the youth meet at the Webb’s from 7.45-9.00pm for a social. It is open to anyone in P7-S6.

Ladies Bible Study:Every Monday during term time from 9.30-11.30am. This term we will be studying Ephesians: God’s Big Plan for Christ’s New People by Thabiti Anyabwile.

New members would be very welcome and we will have spare study guides available for anyone who hasn’t been before. It is a very relaxed group and we have tea and coffee before we study and a prayer time at the end. There is a crèche for preschool children. If you would like any more information about the group please see Annabel or Isabel after church or email Annabel on belle@belleturner.com

Prayer Meeting and Bible Study: Tuesdays 7.30pm to 9.00pm. This week we will be meet in the car park outside B&M(opposite Asda) Portlethen for a prayer walk and flyer distribution.

Young Adults Group (YAGS) is for those S6/17years old, students and young professionals. We meet 9-10.30pm every Tuesday for hot chocolate, a catch up and Bible study.For further information contact Gillian MacKenzie on gillian@aberdeencf.com

Mainly Music is a fun music time for parents/caregivers and their preschool children, followed by coffee and free play session. It meets every Thursday from 10.00am-11.15am during term time. If you are interested in coming along, please speak to Pamela Maclure or David Young.

Seniors Friday: Held every Friday from 10.30am to 12 noon. Food, quizzes, teas, coffees and laughter. Speak to Bert or Beth Wilson for further information or contact the church office.

Future Events at ACF:

Sunday worship at 10.30am on 8 October. Communion: Pastor Vijay Pillai will be speaking and Malcolm Webb will lead worship.

Home Groups: Meet throughout the city on the second and fourth Sundays, and Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings of the month. Please speak with Pete Henderson or contact the office for further details.

Church AGM: The Annual General Meeting of the church  will be held on Tuesday 14 November at 7.30pm. This church meeting is not restricted to members, and all are encouraged to  attend.

John Knox and The Reformation:To mark the 500th anniversary of the Reformation in Scotland, Dr Iain Murray of the Banner of Truth Trust will give an Historical Devotional Lecture at 7pm on Saturday 14 October at Banchory Christian Fellowship
